1. How to handle imitation jewelry?

 

  • After use, wipe it with dry cloth and keep it any plastic pouch or box. 
  • Try to keep each items separately to avoid reaction between different metals.
  • Do not wear your jewelry while swimming or in the shower.
  • Do not expose your jewelry to harmful chemicals like alcohol, ammonia, bleach, chlorine, acetone, hairspray, perfume and cosmetics.
  • Never keep the jewels open to atmosphere as some metals will start to oxidize and turn dark.
  • Do not handle it roughly. 

Shopping:

1. What happens to my personal details I give?

At Simpliful, we are committed in maintaining your privacy and can reassure you that we do not sell or share our customers’ personal details with any other companies.

2. How secure is my online order?

The Simpliful website and the shopping cart are PCI compliant. Our credit card transactions are processed by certified third party payment gateways.

3. Do you have any stores?

We do not have any stores. 

4. Do you ship outside US?

Yes. We ship worldwide. 

5. How do I get a catalog?

We do not have a physical catalog available. All of our products are available on our website. Browse all jewelry here

6. How do I know about offers?

Payments:

1. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Simpliful gift card. We do not accept personal checks.

 

Orders:

1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. 

2. How can I track the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking number.

3. How do I cancel the order?

You can mail us to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the order. Subtracting 5% of the transaction fee, balance will be refunded.

1. When do I receive my package?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days and it will take up to 3-7 business days to reach you, depending upon the shipping option you choose during checkout. For more information, please read shipping FAQ

2. Is there a free shipping available?

Yes, for orders over $40, free shipping will be automatically applied at the time of checkout. However, free shipping is not valid during store wide sale/discounts.

 

3. Can I get the items sooner?

Yes, priority shipping option is available.
