No, these are light weight products suitable for kids too.

2. Is there any special care needed for handling Terracotta jewels?

The clay is air dried and then fried in an oven to provide durability. Terracotta jewelry is not as brittle as glass, but it needs some additional care in handling.

  • Clean your jewelry after each wearing with a soft cloth before putting it away.
  • Keep your jewelry pieces separated to avoid scratching.
  • We recommend not to provide unnecessary stress on the jewelry as it might likely to break.
  • Do not wear your jewelry while swimming or in the shower.
  • Do not expose your jewelry to harmful chemicals like alcohol, ammonia, bleach, chlorine, acetone, hairspray, perfume and cosmetics.

3. Are the paper quilled jewels water proof?

Yes, we have applied water proof coating to the jewels. It can withstand normal exposure to sweat or rain. 

4. How to handle Paper quilled jewels?

Paper quilled jewels requires some effort in handling them.

  • Do not handle it roughly as it might lose its shape.
  • Keep them separately from other jewelry.
  • Always hold the earrings by the hook. This avoids unnecessary stress on the quilled designs and helps in maintaining its shape. 
  • Do not wear your jewelry while swimming or in the shower.
  • If the beads come out, just stick it back with any glue. 

5. Can you customize colors?

Yes, we can customize colors and design for Terracotta, SIlk thread and paper quilling jewelries. It takes about 4-6 weeks to get it done and shipped back to US. 

6. How to maintain imitation jewelry?

Please follow the below instructions for long lasting beauty for any imitation jewelry.

  • After use, wipe it with dry cloth and keep it any plastic pouch or box. 
  • Try to keep each items separately to avoid reaction between different metals.
  • Do not expose to any chemicals/perfumes.
  • Never keep the jewels open to atmosphere as some metals will start to oxidize and turn dark.

7. How to maintain silk thread jewelry?

Silk thread jewelry requires minimal maintenance. As long as the threads are properly glued there wont be any problem. If suppose, the thread gets pulled out, immediately glue it back to avoid further damage. Please avoid exposing to water.

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and gift cards. If mailing a money order, orders are processed once funds have been received and verified. We do not accept personal checks.

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. 

2. How can I track the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking number.

3. How do I cancel the order?

You can mail us to cancel the order within 2 days of placing the order. If the package is not prepared for shipment, we will cancel the order and full refund will be issued. If the package is ready for shipment, 95% of the amount will be refunded. 5% is restocking fee.

Yes, for orders over $30, free shipping will be automatically applied at the time of checkout. However, free shipping is not valid during store wide sale/discounts.

3. Why is it taking 2-3 business days to ship the order?

Sometimes customers want to cancel the order but by then we have already shipped the products. To avoid such situation, we have a window of 2-3 days.

4. Can I get the items sooner?

Yes. While checkout, use priority shipping and we will ship it on the next day. You will receive the items in 2 days.
