Shipping & Return Policies

    Please note: We are on a vacation break from 21st Nov 2024 - 31st Dec 2024. Any orders received in this period will be shipped on 2nd Jan 2025.



    • Free standard domestic shipping (within USA) for orders > $40.

    • Free standard international shipping (rest of the world) for orders > $150 (only for regular priced item. Sale items are not eligible).

    Within United States:

    Items will be shipped via USPS For order value <$40, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the items added to cart. 

    For residents in Greater Seattle area, your orders can be picked up from us @ Bothell location. Choose Pick up option during check out.

    Outside United States / International shipping:

    • Standard shipping. For order value <$150, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the items added to cart. 

    Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any duties charged.

     

    Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

    Delivery Estimate (not including processing time):

    Within US:

    For standard shipping: 5-8 business days.

    For Priority shipping: 3-4 business days.

    Outside US:

    For standard shipping: 3 - 6 weeks. We use USPS First class international services. Their service doesn't charge additional customs handling fees. So, this is the most economic option.

    For priority shipping: 3-5 business days. Please message us to know the exact priority shipping charges as it varies based on the destination and item weight. 

    Return policy for items purchased online 

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN ORDER IS PLACED DURING A SALE EVENT. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

    For non sale event, following is applicable.

    We generally do not encourage any returns as we try to give as much details as possible for each jewelry.

    But if the customer still wants to return the item, product has to be shipped in original condition within 3 business days and buyer has to pay for the return shipping. If the item is not shipped within 3 business days, returns are not accepted. 

    There will be a 20% restocking fee on the value of items returned. If customer paid for shipping, that won't be refunded. 
    We do not accept any cancellations / exchanges.

    Once we receive the item, refund will be initiated with the value of the returned item less the restocking fee.

    If an order has been returned to us due to incomplete address or wrong address given by the customer, we charge 5% as restocking fee + original shipping cost will be deducted if the order was eligible for free shipping. We will email the customer after we receive the package. Customer can either pay for shipping the package again to the correct address or can get a refund deducting the 5% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.

     

    Return policy for items purchased in-person: 

    We do not accept returns on any items which are bought in-person during our trade shows and other events.

     

    Please note that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery by USPS. As a small business, we completely rely on their service. Once the package leaves our place, we do not have any control over the delivery. But please be assured that packages will be delivered to you even if there is any delay on their side.
